Mapping & Measurement
Grid flights stitched into orthomosaic maps, elevation surfaces, stockpile volumes and 3D models for planning, estimating and records.
Drone maps are planning tools. They are not a boundary or legal survey; stamped work must come from a licensed Ohio Professional Surveyor, and we are glad to fly alongside yours.
Construction Progress
Repeat visits from the same positions on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule so owners, lenders and project managers can track change without a site walk.
Roof & Property Imagery

Can you fly near Dayton International or Wright-Patterson?
Much of the area around Dayton, Wright-Patterson, Lunken and CVG is controlled airspace. Many addresses can still be flown with an FAA authorization (usually through LAANC), sometimes with a height limit. We check your address before we book and tell you if anything restricts the shot.
What if it rains or the wind picks up?
Safety and image quality come first, so we do not fly in rain, strong wind or low visibility. Weather delays are rescheduled [CONFIRM POLICY].
Is a drone map a survey?
No. It is an accurate visual map and elevation model that is excellent for planning, estimating and tracking progress. Boundary and legal surveys must be done by a licensed Ohio Professional Surveyor.
Will you inspect my roof?
We photograph it in detail so you, your contractor or your adjuster can review it. We do not provide a licensed inspection or an engineering opinion.
